Executive Director Tom Craft
(August 2008-Present) has a past professional experience which includes general manager of Wal-Mart Supercenter in Lexington from 2001-2006. Tom attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He especially enjoyed working with the Rockbridge Area Community enclave employees while he was employed at Wal-Mart. He has two children and his wife Wendy works in the Guidance Department at Rockbridge County High School. Email Thomas Craft
Production Technician Barbara Douglas
(2003-Present) attended Parry McCluer High School and was employed by the United States Forestry Department. She has also been a certified nursing assistant and a private duty nurse. Barbara attended cosmetology school and was employed in local industries. In 2003, she began working at RAOC as a temporary production worker. In 2004, she became a production technician and also currently leads the quality control program. Barbara has two children and two grandchildren and is very involved in her church and the community.
